Terms and conditions
If your product/s arrive damaged or broken please contact us via email (email@example.com) with photo evidense and we will arrange for a new one to be made and sent to you as soon as possible. We do not offer returns if your item arrives undamaged, exactly as described and its not to personal peference. We do not offer returns on undamaged custom orders.
Please contact us within 10 days of recieving your tracking number via the email you have provided us if you still have not received your parcel. we post everything 1st class tracked with royal mail and it should take no longer than 2 working days to recieve your parcel after we have sent you youre tracking number. If your parcel has got lost between us and you we will open a case with royal mail and replace your parcel as soon as possible. If your tracking information says 'delivered' and its to the address you have given us when ordering unfortunately we can not replace parcels.
International parcels: Please leave it 28 working days after receieving your tracking number, unfortunately this is how long royal mail have put in place before we can open a case against missing parcels.
Unhappy with your product:
If your item/s arrive and you are unhappy please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your item. please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. our messages on instagram get very full and we do not answer them daily. Please email your concerns ands someone will get back to you ASAP.
